About us

We are Rapid Racing, a team based in Carnoustie High School that is taking part in the STEM RACING global competition.

Our task? To design, manufacture and race a miniature F1 racing car against other teams between the ages of 9 to 19. 

 

But that’s not all…
  • Sponsorship

    We have to collaborate with real businesses to raise money for our uniforms and promotional materials including things such as banners and business cards.

  • Budgeting

    We have to ensure the money we raise covers all of our costs. This involves careful planning so we can afford to enter the competition, create our brand and also our uniforms.

  • Branding

    We have to create a a brand with cohesion, including aspects such as:

    • A Logo
    • Posters
    • Digital Media
    • Business Cards
    • A Banner

Rapid Racing participated in 2024’s STEM RACING competition and came 7th out of 15.

This year we hope our new and improved car will rank higher!
